Kealie Vogel

Kealie Vogel is a second-year MS student in the IL lab. She received her B.S. in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences with a concentration in Human Dimensions of the Environment at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2019. Her research interests center around human interests within environmental policymaking and US energy policy, stakeholder experiences with environmental regulatory processes, and the relationship between stakeholder participation in these regulatory processes and positive environmental outcomes. Her graduate research focuses on the politics of the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) in Illinois and Iowa.
